Hello hello, happy Autumn!
A quick note to say that I’ll be part of a Lumos Transforms Community Chat with the wonderful Nkem Ndefo this Saturday 13th September at 5pm BST.
I’ve followed Nkem’s and Lumos Transforms’ work on trauma, embodiment, healing and transformation for years; I’m very honoured to be part of the Lumos Community Chat series.
We'll see where the conversation takes us but I expect we'll talk about grief, endings, chronic illness, and place and community.
